In every cloud and color scheme
We see God's artistic flair
A place to play and a place to dream
The clouds speak to us there
Rest upon Me, child of Mine
Let your troubles drift away
Thank you, Father God, Divine
For the time I have today
A moment to reflect and ponder
All the things that You have done
A moment to appreciate in wonder
That all creation in Christ is one

I just found your blog via mine, and wanted you to know I think your work is wonderful, your art and poems say something from the heart thats important. I'm adding you to my list because your blogsite brings a good feeling to me. Barbra joan.
Wow! I have goosebumps. Beautiful poetry.
I love the dramatic effect of the clouds, and your poem is inspired!
I hope you publish a book of illustrated poems one day.
Hi Deb, I just nominated you for the Fab Blog Award. So go over to my site and pick it up. There are directions on the blog. Love you,
Christine
This takes me back when as a child I would lay up gazing unto the clouds visualizing traveling up there .
I want to see you do a series, Deborah , please ?
Now it's not just a childhood dream ... I long to be taken up in the clouds - soon , soon.
Come Lord Jesus.
Deborah, I have given you the Passion for Painting Award. go to my blog to pick it up. Your work is outstanding and you deserve it. As to gouache I never touch the stuff, lol! but wow I've seen work with it mostly very realistic style . I've always been strictly transparent watercolor. I don't use white, and add nothing else, thats probably why I struggle with it. As I talk about it in my blog it doesn't come easy, I'm actually surprised when something works!! Now go pick up your award!
Deborah, I'm hoping this post reaches you, I will also post on my own, re: you've been sent the Passion for Painting award, please come and pick it up at my site.
Beautiful clouds and water, Deborah! Very nice!
This inspires me to try try try again.
